By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our services. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your services.

3. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and finishes may appear differently on your screen than in person. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Processing Time: 0 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days once your order ships.
  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST.
  • Shipping Region: United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Shipping Method: Free standard shipping on every order.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of shipping, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Returns are made by mail only. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns, and there is no restocking fee. If a return is due to a customer error or a change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

For damaged or defective items: please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number, sent to [email protected]. Without photo evidence, we may be unable to process your claim.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Please see our Cancel Order Policy.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer instalment payments. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your credit card details.
